Refund Policy

First up it’s important to say…

We’ve got a refund and return policy just like everyone else, but outside of the limitations set out in this policy, please reach out if you have any issues or are not happy for whatever reason, and we will do our very best to arrange something that fixes the problem. We want you to be happy with your watch, or if you’re not, we want to make it right. 

That said, here are the basics:

Our return policy lasts 30 days, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange in the event of a non functioning or damaged item (basically, anything that’s our fault), contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Alternatively, if you are not happy with the watch you buy for any reason, we offer a full no questions asked refund, however you are responsible for return shipping. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Riley Watch Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Riley Watch Co will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
